So I Logged a case on 03-12-2013 with 8ta billing department, it is the 18th and NO ONE HAS EVEN WORKED ON THE CASE!!! Coupled with that, i am supposed to 5GB of data (Smart Plan 150 option) and NOTHING! Call the call centre, they so incompetent that I have to repeat the entire situation OVER AND OVER! I have called them at least once a day for the last two weeks and still nothing... I received a call from Vodacom and MTN wanting me to port to them offering me a much better deal... Seriously CONSIDERING IT!
