I would like to thank Kim Thornton for assisting me with my query that I logged on 29th November with Hello Peter after my disappointing service that I received with the call centre.
My account was credited and I am happy.
I just hope that I do not get billed for data unnecessary again as do not wish to go through this whole process again.
