Not crediting my account

I have been battling with my account cr since the beginning of this year. After my last complaint on hello Peter nothing was corrected on my account I have been dealing with Daniella Hendricks who called me about my hello Peter complaint. I emailed her numerous times with my proof of payment since September 2013 requesting that my acc be credited and closed. Today is the 29th November and my account has still not been credited. I left numerous messages this past week for her to call me. Every time I get told she is not at her desk, or she sends me a email to say sorry she did not respond earlier she is sick
