Vodacom
No answer, calls cut off

I have been trying all day 18/12/2013 to get through to make a claim for a cell phone. I am put on hold for a long time and then the call is dropped. This is terrible service if you cannot a handle to work load get more staff!
I wonder if they will refund me my calls when I eventually get through. I have now sent email to Vodacom and still no call back!
