Cell C
What use is a cellphone if it can't make a call?

So enough is enough now. Six weeks ago, I made the very serious error of porting over from Vodacom to Cell C, lured by the great call and phone offers. For the past six weeks, I have endured constant call problems. Nearly every one of the calls I make or receive breaks up so badly it's impossibly to communicate. Half of my SMSes and MMSes fail to send. People phone me and go straight to voicemail, when I am not on a call and the phone is sitting idle, waiting for calls. I usually have to call a number five or six times, with the call failing each time, before it will eventually make a tenuous connection. Tonight, I am unable to make a single call... all calls to landlines or cellphones fail. So essentially I have an iPhone 5 that's just a mini tablet, since it can't call. My question is this: what is the point of having the lowest call rate in SA, when I can never make a call? When every call I do make takes three times as long as it would in Vodacom because I have to repeat myself over and over to be understood? Every time I call to check on the progress of my complaint, I get blown off. Cell C, if you can't provide me with a working cell service, why am I paying you? VERY UPSET
