Calls not coming through

I phoned Vodacom last week to give notice on my contract as they are almost R250pm more on the contract I'm looking at than Cell C.

Since then I've been having problems where calls are not coming through to my phone. I thought at first it was just my husbands calls and Vodacom told me I probably blocked his number by accident. I checked everywhere on my phone and eventually googled it, my phone does not even have this functionality.

Later I got a mail from FNB to say they can't get hold of me either. This is now a serious problem as I use my phone for work.

I have restarted and taken out the battery but this does not help.

I need this fixed urgently or you need to release my number to Cell C that I can port my number. I can't afford to be unreachable, even for the 48hours Vodacom needs to provide feedback.
