Cell C
I wonder if they'll ever bother to call back

So after 40 calls and a few more emails and being kept on hold and having calls dropped and being promised a call back since 2/3 weeks ago, NO ONE has called or emailed to respond. Even leaving messages on their Facebook page didn't get a proper response. Cell C actually doesn't give a about whether or not their customers are being supplied a service that's being paid for. All the call center does is go 'yes, we have logged your complaint and we'll call you back. I don't even think they log anything. Or if they do, once they put down the phone, your call is deleted. I'm definitely switching providers. Vodacom sucked but at least they'd give you an answer! I really wonder what makes the customer service at Cell C so terrible. Are they trained to not respond? Even if they did, I've been told by an agent that if they can't get hold of you after a call (no message will be left) and they won't call back either.
