Phone me when I can collect my phone

I asked the courier service 3 weeks ago to return my phone to Vodacom Warehouse so that I could collect it as it was not possible to be delivered to me at that time.

Ever since then I have been told to call back the following day as the phone was not in the warehouse. At one point I asked the call centre operator to make a note for the Manager to contact me. This was also not done.

This is certainly the most pathetic service I have ever received from any service provider.

Please contact me when you have located my phone and when I can come collect it.
