Foreigner Required Documentation

I'm buying a tablet from Telkom Mobile store Hatfield. The contract application form does not specify that foreigner must supply a copy of work permit in addition to the passport copy required. Please try and make this more clear because not I have been waiting for a response on sale application since Thursday the 26 Oct. Yesterday I was told by the sales person that the work permit copy which was requested to be sent in addition to the other docs already sent seems to have not been received by the department that does credit validation even-though he had sent it 4 times since Friday the 27th. I'm even considering moving on to a different dealer.
