Vodacom is useless

I went 2 to apply 4 a phone & had all the required documents i.e passport with a valid work permit which expires in 2015, proof of residence & a 3 months bank statement. I was told that my request will be processed within 4hrs & that i will receive a call from the manager within that period. The day went by without a phone call so i decided 2 go there and confirm and i got told that my application had been denied because my work permit states that i work 4 a pizza company but now am doing a different job. What really me off is how shallow minded those clowns are, every1 changes jobs all the time. I cannot run 2 home affairs each time i get a new job so that they can change my permit. I even provided them with my work contract that states that i am employed on a permanent basis but they still rejected my application. I have wasted 3days of my life running around dealing with who r useless. No apology for not calling me back after 3 promises. I have been with them for more than 4yrs & now i regret it. They can take my application & shove it up their ass because i am done dealing with them.
