Axxess 4mb data ripped off

I'm with Axxess and upgraded my 2mb to 4mb data, this has been frustrating and couldn't get answers from them, why I was getting speeds from 4mb data not reaching 1.5mb speeds' ridiculously slow during the night. My browsing was seriously slow and I have not even really started downloading. There support team line is always busy at night and most probably ignores calls. I spoke to Afrihost and they helped me with excellent service and gave me troubleshoot options which lead to Axxess actually throttling their clients after 17:00pm. I tried a Afrihost data and they came up much faster than Axxess who is on the same MTN backbone.

I was cancelled my data with Axxess and will soon cancel all my products with them, this is extremely disappointing where my money was wasted and no one could help. THIS STATEMENT IS FOR ALL USERS OUT THERE FROM CAPE TOWN.
