Definitely Not Uncapped

I am utterly disgusted and betrayed by Axxess. Their terms of service was never explained nor was their usage policy discussed before accepting the deal. I am suppose to be on a 10mb uncapped package and I am currently getting 0.98mb after downloading 3 gig of data on the 1st of the month. Their explanation was that my account is being managed. My point is why advertise uncapped services if its not uncapped. This is daylight and cheap jungle tactics axxess is exerting on consumers. I have decided to take my business ells were. However I am bend on informing prospective customers about the misleading services Axxess is providing. Axxess are to be ashamed of themselves.
