Disconnection of line 2 times even though paid

On the 18th October 2013 I activated a 1GB data bundle via the store in Fochville. Since then to now I have not recieved even 1mb of those bundels yet gets charged for it every month. The store simply says they can do nothing I have to phone. To date I've phoned 4 times and sent 3 or 4 service requests and even 2 e-mails with no joy. Everytime they tell me the same story of it will be resolved yet it never does so what I decided to do was hold back R149 x 2 from the amount due which is for 2 months data bundels which I didnt get so they can resolve this issue. I have informed autopage that I will be doing this via their site, e-mail and I called them yet my line was cut for the second time today after speaking to them this morning and they promised me my line would be active while they confirm if I recieved the data. Now I sit disconnected and with a effected credit record because of autopage not doing their job and I have 4 x -30min calls to pay which resulted in zero help from autopage.
