What now

My modem was not working for most part of last week and only on Sat did I get a chance to connect a replacement one, I know for a fact that I should be credited for the service I didnt get but with Telkom it will never happen, I wish I didnt sign a 24 month contract with them, the good thing is, it will come to an end
