Vodacom customer service is pathetic

I recently did a "over the phone" application to see if i can qualify for a vodacom contract. I do currently have a contract but it is on my dads name. I called vodacom to ask them if they can assist me by seeing if i qualify for a contract so that i can transfer the contract from y dads name to my name.
The "over the phone application was successful". i went to Meyersdale Vodacom shop and got my new phone, however it wasn't moved from my dads name onto mine. i was told that i needed to call 0821950 (WHICH JUST RINGS) to cancel the "online application' so that they can do it, i was told they wont be allowed to continue with the transfer unless I call to cancel.
So now, im sitting with a new phone, which is on my fathers name, which his not going to pay for.
so can someone please get hold of me so i can sort this out!!!
