Since Aug I have been fighting to get credit passed for when the service was out of order due to network issues and also have a month that we have been without service after we moved, seeing that I am not getting that money credited and even my recent request to have the money paid into my personal account, I am going to stop the debit order, maybe that will only be the time you will listen to my request and help me, your service stinks
