No Iphone 5 because of MTN Corporate

Due for an upgrade in Aug 2012. Called MTN Corporate to upgrade prior to launch of new Iphone 5. The promised to call me, but never did. After i have had to call them they keep changing their story. At first phones there but packages not correct, now packages sorted but no stock. My current phone is damaged and therefore in urgent need of a phone. They have failed me as a client and promised I would have my phone. They never call me and doubt they would ever. Wish I had never changed my contract from Vodacom as I would have had my phone, as several stores have stock which I have visited.
