Damaged goods 1 week!

Bought my tablet a week ago and its already faulty, refuse to give me a working one. Insist on sending it in for repairs which takes a minimum of 22 days!! mean time I'll just pay for the month that it is in for repairs because that's what brand new stuff is supposed to do.!!! very upset
