Very disappointed with MTN customer service

Im angry and disappointed with mtn, i paid my monthly subscription of R797 for my contract at MTN Howard centre in PInelands Cape Town only to be told that the payment was reversed later in July, my bak statements clearly shows the amount went through and was never reversed.since then mtn has been adding that amount to my monthly subscriptions and i have refused to pay it.i phoned customer care to try and solve this issue and they requested my bank statements so as to prove that the payment wasn't reversed, i sent everything to them and some girl called me to say they were going to sort out everything because the problem was with the shop where i made the payment, up to now NOTHING, what i get is another statement and a letter stating i must pay that amount or they are going to cancel my subscription.they have also disconnected my lines, as i said i am not going to pay any more subscriptions until you sort out my account, either you do that or you cancel my contract, i wont pay anything.
