My delivery has not arrived since october 2013

I received a call on the 29th Oct 13 and did a application with Nomfundo. She said I will receice my package in 14days. Iv been following up with them and spoke 2 many agents but remember Ntabi, Lerato. Shaun and received a call from Ms Williams on the 29th November saying I will receive it on da 2nd December till today. My debit order is going thru on da 20th Dec but haven't received anything. Really angry
