Existing clients being over-charged

Afrihost reduced their monthly subscription fees in the latter half of November 2013. However, all existing clients at that time are still being charged the old INCREASED subscription fee.

The above is fact, if you have been a loyal Afrihost client before November 2013, please do compare your latest statement to the advertised subscription rates per the [URL Removed] website where you will note that you are being charged a higher than advertised monthly subscription fee. (Both Home and Business subscriptions)

I contacted Afrihost and inquired from the consultant why I am being over-charged, to which he replied "you should wait your turn" and that an email will follow in the coming months where I will be afforded the opportunity to change my package. He confirmed that if I should cancel my subscription and reapply, I will be entitled to the lower rate. The supervisor was "too busy" to take my call, and after 2 days have not returned.

As a longstanding and loyal customer to Afrihost, I feel cheated as an existing client who has supported Afrihost and thus (in) directly contributed to their success. Your thirst for market share has lead to the compromise of existing client relation.
