NO SERVICE - UNKEPT PROMISES!!!

Good day

We are a lawfirm using Prime Naledi which is our supplier in printers and we do have a service agreement with them.
We order a part for one of our printers on the 29th November last year, which till today we have not received. We can't print our documents as the state of it is terrible.
They do not phone, do not send a message, or ever get back to you on what the delay is or why till today we still did not receive the part. If I don't phone them to get feedback I will never now the state of the query. I once again started phoning last week Thursday where the Technical manager (Shelton) promised within 48 hours the part will be installed, which was supposed to be Monday (29th January '13) It did not happend, and he said yesterday that they will definitely receive it. When I phoned again this morning now the part will arrive today the 29th January '13. If I did not phone them this morning they would still have not bothered in informing us that they are still waiting on the part. The promise is for tomorrow, but I can guarantee you that still won't happen. My question is why do we pay them a service fee if the service does not exist.
