No Delivery and total disappointing service

On Tuesday 20th August 2013 I purchased lounge suite and stated that I would love to have it delivered on Thursday 29th August 2013. On 22nd Aug 2013 I went back to the shop to buy Denim bed set and I asked if there was stoke so that I will have all my furniture delivered on 29th and Bantu confirmed that all was in order. Today the 29th I was in Witbank from 09H00 am and left at 17H30 without even 1 off these items delivered. I made phone call to Bantu in the morning confirming if all was in order and he only advised me than that Denim bed has been sold to someone else and he was going to send lounge suite which I waited for the whole day and still no delivery. I even went to the shop myself to find out what was the delay but he promised to send delivery guy ASAP. Sad thing that I was stood up for nothing, I had to postpone all my other commitments because I was waiting for delivery which never happened.
