Appalled by Bad Service in general!

Last night we loaded a R389 data bundle onto our Broadband USB device, only to discover, after contacting client services, that the SIM no. had been "reclaimed" and reissued to someone else! We asked what would happen to the R389 bundle? Richard, told us that they wouldn't give us a refund, as the data wasn't bought from a Vodacom shop, it was done via internet banking. He took my husbands details, with a promise to call back, he never did! Today I called and was told by Colleen there was no record of the call! I was livid, and proceeded to inform Colleen about the entire situation. She then also said that there would be no remuneration with regard to the R389. I was more livid! 1. Why weren't we informed about this "reclaim"? This wasn't a cell no, it was for internet use, supplied with the device, and has an SMS feature that would've allowed them to send a courtesy SMS informing us of the "reclaim"! 2. We don't expect a cash refund, BUT we do expect to get the use of the data purchased! I was given a ref no, S3-T9X3J-JV2MO, and am now awaiting further contact!
