Where do i start? we moved, and arranged everything with mweb, after the 10 days with no reply, we found out that the application was never sent in to telkom.we received very good service from telkom. a year ago we had the same problem with account holder. the account is on my dads name, you should think that a year later my info should still be on there to make arrangements for my own internet connection. now the same story. h.steyn phoned them 13/12/2013 to tell them he gives authorization to me, thats what mweb told me to do again! 16/12/2013 i phoned to upgrade my service that mweb downgraded by themselves, now they want to speak to my dad again. now he sent an email to them to add me on the account 17/12/2013. now still nothing has changed, nobody phone me, and i am still on the downgraded 5gig. he told them that its my internet. how many times do we have to go through this. am on the line now for 45min, holding on for the sales people to assist me. how many times do you want to speak to my dad, how many times must he give authorization?
