UNACCEPTABLE FEEDBACK

I hereby refer to job number 9394730. This phone BB9320 has been sent for repairs on the 21st of November 2013. I received an sms stating that the phone is liquid damage with a quotation amount of R1700.

I declined the quotation as that phone has not been near water, steam or any liquid substance. Furthermore the phone is not even 1 year old. It's in its first year of warranty.

I am NOT satisfied with the service or feedback received and I want that phone fixed.
