FAILURE OR FALSE ADVERTISING

My blackberry phone started giving me problems like thousands of other people with the same phones.(check the Internet) I gave it in for reparations at Vodacom and like all the others with the same problem came back with the same excuse, water damage. MY PHONE HAS NEVER COME CLOSE TO WATER, ANY LIQUID OR RAIN WHATSOEVER. No they charge me R1140 for repairs, which I cant afford like many other people. They told me just holding the phone in my hand, speaking over the phone and the heat from the applications causes water/liquid damage and its not their fault because Blackberry tells them what to do!! Water damage is liquid spills over the phone, or falling into the toilet or something... their explanation is a fault on the phone! Not mine... it's an excuse to get out of their costs to fix a phone and it is a fault with the Blackberry!!! It boils down to!!! NEVER was their ever such complaints or excuses with any of the other makes of phones!!! The phone is not even a year old, its seriously started giving problems at 8 and half months!!! At three months I experienced the first freezing of the phone, but with long intervals!
