Shocking "OUT OF SERVICE"

I have had my blackberry for a few month brand new still in warranty, when it comes to repairs however Vodacom quickly throws you out of warranty and quotes you repairing a Cell phone R1800!! this is insane! Claiming liquid and cover damage, The cellphone was sent in because i did not want to charge any longer yet i get told i get thrown out of warranty because there are stains for liquid damage according to them??? Surely if the phone had any liquid damage it would be displayed on the screen! blotches of water etc! instead of looking for a cause as to why its not charging they assume whatever it is they assume! i doubt this goes down well with the consumer act! i need answers i need this cellphone fixed and i need this done through the warranty! this is pathetic service Vodacom!
