SOS Assist (Roadside)
REFUND

Please kindly advise, I've got a hospital plan policy with SOS since from September 2009 and I have covered 3 of my siblings. My sister fell ill was hospitalised for 5 days. I later called SOS to enquire if I can claim and they said no, which they stated the reasons and i understood but now the lady who I spoke to said SOS does not cover siblings and my question was how come the person who signed me up never told me.

I was then told that my siblings will be removed from the cover, I then requested to be refunded for all my premiums.

Today I called and was told that I will not be refunded but should anything had happened to them they were going to pay"which nothing happened"All I want is my premiums for all the years and I want close the cover and open it else where.
