Absolutely poor service

Good day everyone.
my internet went out on the 6th of December. I reported the problem a day or 2 later cause I thought my router has had its last breath. So I went and bought a new one just to find out my adsl line isnt working correctly. I must email them every day just to get an response from then. Its now the 17th of December and my line is still not working. This is the worst support and service I have received from any isp out there. Why must I email them everyday for an update. I have lost over 100 thousand rand because my internet is of. I had to postpone my exams because I cant study.

can afrihost please sort this problem out. And dont come with its telkoms fault. That isnt my problem. That is why I pay you every month to manage my adsl line.
