After buying in to the whole Afrihost package of having them manage the adsl line, I'm yet to receive any sort of internet connectivity. After being phoned 3 times (each by a different person) I was then told that there is problem on my line that Telkom needs to fix.

After "fixing" the problem, telkom sent an sms notifying me but that was not the case and my line still does not work.

I sent another email (two days ago) to Afrihost asking for special help here as it is obviously an exception case and I have no idea where to proceed from here.

They have still not replied, and I am none the wiser on how to handle this all.
Their debit order system is working perfectly I might add, although I'm yet to actually use any of their products.
