I upgraded my contract with mtn sometimes in august, was using Blackberry Touch and now using Samsung S4 the challenge is, since i had this new phone i have never enjoyed it at all i think the phone has the faulty somehow, when i try to use any application on this phone its switches itself off even if the battery is 100% full. i really can't pay for something that don't enjoy, its a waste of my money.

I consulted mtn customer service via e mail and i have been told to take the phone back, i went there it was full but they gave an e mail address to send my query which i did, the lady (Winny Mabetoa) only managed to respond my first e mail and said she will book my phone for Soft Wear upgrade and after that she didn't even have a decency to confirm when i should take the phone to them but disappeared and not responding my e mail anymore, i am not getting any joy with this phone, i need a new phone or they should terminate my contract.
