I left my Sony Experia Go at your Hout Bay branch on Nov 22nd to have the screen replaced. Each time I popped in to see when it would be ready they tell me it should be with them soon. On Friday the 13th I contacted them repeatedly and by the end of the work day I got no closer to knowing when I would be getting my phone. This morning they have e-mailed me to tell me that they need proof of payment, despite the fact that Sony have already confirmed that they have my payment. I don't know what to do next. They have my money and my phone. In the last 6 months they have had my phone for more than 9 weeks (the first 6 was as a result of an internal memory problem). So I have been paying for internet that I have no access to.
