NO SERVICE FROM REPAIRS

I have a problem with my phone since March this year, the phone work for while and then it just go to straight to voicemail and then peolpe cant get hold of me, I have to take the battery out every time, I send it in and I don't even know how many times I sent it in, they send me another phone and then it has the same problem and so it carries on, the one time they said that I could pick another phone but the only phone they have I have to pay in I have to pay in is R1000.00, how in the world does that work? So I had no choice I had to take the same phone which gave me the same phone again that was fine for about 2 weeks. I took it back and the new manager (Paul) send it to Blackberry and they had it for 3 weeks and said it had a virus I took my phone to him and wiped everything and when I came home it was the same problem, he gave me a e-mail address to query but I haven't heard anything from them. My phone doesnt want to scroll now, so what must I do? Vodacom take my money of off my account every month but I'm sitting with a phone that's not working half the time and I'm not prepared to pay in for another phone. It cant go on like this and I expect you to sort this out asap.
