How are they still in business?!! STAY AWAY

One of the contracts sold to me was sold to me under false pretences end of October 2012, the contract was cancelled and monies refunded to me.
After calling into the call centre and discussed with Tshepo and a supposed 'manager' - Siphelele Mhlongo, the situation is STILL not resolved!
This is not the first time i have had issues with this service provider - the staff just do not listen nor do the understand how to provider good customer service.
I am sick to death of this matter remaining unresolved and am left no other choice but to seek legal representation.
