Thanks for the phone - pity I can't receive calls

This would be complaint number two on Hello Peter and call four to the call centre. Two weeks ago I payed up and ported from MTN to Cell C because of the excellent IPHONE 5 package available and the competitive pricing provided by the provider.

Sadly this is where it seems to stop, my previous complaint was immediately attended to in the format of a form e-mailed. No telephonic contact, no discussion, no assistance. Today I once again contacted Autopage (please note this is over and above my calls to Cell C) and they were happy to report that the query they placed to Cell C went unanswered as well.

Cell C - please take your phone, your attractive pricing and great sounding adds and allow autopage to port my number back to MTN. I will rather pay more to have a phone that actually receives calls, responds to What's App and allows internet surfing than a cheap system that collects voicemails.

By the way if you have tried to reach me without success - it is because when ever I am in the car your network seems unable to retain it's signal. I wait with great anticipation to have the matter solved because I am not going to just except the scenario
