APPAULING SERVICE

I complained on hello peter not so long ago regarding the poor service received from cell and requesting feedback about my mothers upgrade. they called and made me listen to the call and assumed that by me listening to the call that the matter was resolved whereas i was left with more unanswered questions. I went on further to complain on their customer care platform and requested to speak to a supervisor or manager. they then called my mom and who told them CLEARLY that they must deal with me with any matters regarding her contracts as she has given me third party representation. well so to say i have not received any call which is not surprising. Cell c is truly a pathetic service provider and im one of their customers myself but get no joy from them.
