Need assistance

I reside in Bramfisherville, Phase 1, Soweto. I have been a MTN client for more than 10 yrs. At home we have a problem of poor signal coverage. Every time I get a call I have to go outside. Signal bar stays on 1 or no coverage. I ended up purchasing Vodacom sim card which is also a job and half to swap sim cards when at home, can't work from home. Surely if MTN installs a transmitter around the area, their customers will be delighted. Can MTN do something about this, please.
