The last account I received from MTN was in JULY 2013. On my Internet Bundle if I am an hour on internet the first day there is 1GB gone. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???
I phoned customer care twice to sent me an itemized billing for the last few months to see why my payment this month is TRIPPLE the amount as before.

Our reception in this area is so BAD!!! that some days you cannot even phone out or go on internet.

MTN do you want to loose more valued customers as all friends and colleagues are going over to other networks.

I AM HIGHLY UPSET WITH YOUR SERVICE. IS IT A MONEY MAKING RACKET???

YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ARE NOT ALWAYS VERY HELPFULL.
