NO Customer service!!!

We often have bad recepition in our area by since Monday last week this is a joke!!! I had to drive to Volkstrust to put in a complain at the mtn branch there and since then it is still more OF than on if I do get in to my internet it is for a couple of seconds.

MTN reception is very very poor and they do not care for people in remote areas!!! Our reception area is Perdekop and when we do get through to customer service all they can say is YYYEEELLLOOWWWW and the rest is a big fat NO SERVICE!!!
Then they have the cheat to tell me they want more phone numbers to make sure I am not talking!!! If mtn can start thinking for them selfs for once they will would know why would I spend time phoning them - hhheeeeeellllooooo it is wasting my time!!!
WAKE UP AND START SERVING YOU CUSTOMERS!!! It took me 3 days to get this complain on hello peter because I could not get into my internet visa Mtn so I had to use my VODACOM sim card!!! When are you going to fix this???
