I noticed that various amounts of money was deducted from my airtime. About 2 months ago over R100 was deducted so I phoned customer care to seek answers and was advised that I needed to request an itemized billing at the end of the month. 2 days ago over R100 of my airtime was deducted again and yesterday R60 airtime of which I uploaded also got deducted. When I phoned customer care today and transfered back and forth, I eventually spoke to a lady who was of absolute no help. I explained my concern and was told that the money was for internet usage and when I told her that I do not download anything from the internet, she indirectly called me a. All I asked is for the supposed "site" so that I can avoid it in the future and MTN is unable to provide me with answers. I have always been a proud MTN user but as of today I am very disappointed in MTN as my SERVICE provider. Subsequently, this call taker refused to transfer me to a manager as her words were "no one will be able to help you." I urge that the call is listened to (cell number 0718918581) and someone can assist me in preventing this uneccesary cost. I in no way felt that this agent was trying to assist me as the client.
