I changed our home line to an adsl line and opted for uncapped data. However I am being billed for two uncapped data for one line. I have tried to get this sorted out by phoning over and over again with absolutely no joy. Last week I was told they would be canceling the incorrect one. Yesterday I received a message on my cell that it was cancelled. Today I decided to follow it up and was told my dispute was denied!
I am being billed for this data that I don't want and cannot even get a response from our telkom department at the liberty mall as they are just not interested.
We signed for ONE uncapped data and I need someone to deal with this who actually know what they are doing?
