No phone line

8 weeks ago after a storm my mom's phone line went dad. After numerous calls to Telkom the line is still not repaired - they are the only phone line in the whole road that is not working. During this time my dad has been seriously ill - 2 weeks ago he passed away at home - my mom had desperately needed her land line to call oncology and hospice for help with my dad as well as myself. This is totally unacceptable and has caused so much unnecessary stress now my mom needs her land line connected immediately we cannot wait any longer as she also runs her business from home.
