I bought a cellphone S3 mini on the 4th of Nov - the total package was R189 (including R135 and 100MB). Altech autopage sent me Dec invoice amounting to R 740.66. They gave me 750MG for Nov and Dec of which I didnt sign for it. I went to the store (Menlyn Branch) I spoke to Nathi and Carlotte (the manager, I guess) and they said they will call the Head office and correct my invoice and they didnt. According to the contract I signed, I told them to deduct the balance owing on the 1st of each and every month. Guess what? they deduct it on the 13th of Dec and it bounced back as I ddnt have money. Now I paid R115 bank charge...#so psd# I called them today and they said they will come back to me but its been 2hrs now waiting for their call.
