NO RESPONSE FROM CELL C MANAGER - REF: 3042202638

I called the Cell C Call Centre on 22 April 2013 to report that I was still being deducted for BIS despite reporting my Blackberry as being in February this year. The agent agreed that according to their records I had reported the phone as and was therefore prepared to refund the amount deducted for April. I requested that the previous 2 months BIS service also be reversed since the agent who had recorded the phone as being should also have stopped the BIS service. The agent replied that only a manager could do that and since the matter was being referred to a manager he would be unable to refund me the April fee. He promised that the turnaround time was 24-48 hours and gave me a reference number. This was after I had been on the phone for close to an hour and explained to the agent that I had lost my job and couldn't afford my airtime to be deducted on a service that I was not using.

A week later I again called the Call Centre with my reference number. The lady reported that the matter was being escalated and that a manager would contact me in 48-72 hours. After a week this was regarded as an "escalation"? To date - no response despite a follow-up email.
