Got an sms on friday

From cell c to say it's time for my upgrade - called the call centre to upgrade got told my credit raiting or score is too low or something and that the agent would call me back - still waiting on someone - anyways y should my credit raiting have anything to do with the fact that i pay or should i say that doesnt stop u (cell c) from taking your money from my account every month - i think that is utter bull if you tell me! please get someone to call me with some positve feedback regarding my upgrade! I pay my account every month! i also cancelled my other contract on 01/08/2013 already and once again i get told i owe cellc over R4000 on that contract - even through it shows that all my cancellation emails went through to you guys. how are you running this organisation! i will not leave it this way! i want the upgrade that is due to me thank you very much!!
