Upgrade

I am so angry and disapointed with C service, my contract ended in June and I wanted to upgrade to a laptop deal and was told i need to wait 3 months for account status to be consumer hence they say it was pre legal, ( account status was on prelegal after numerous attempt pleading with you guys to debit on the 27th and you were not doing that but rather debited whenever you wanted or felt like it)... anyway i call Retentions and told them i want to upgrade got told no more laptops, than i told them i wanted a samsung S4, guy told me it has to go to credit control hence my score is low todate no feedback... guys i waited and waited thats the phone i want i have been paying and still paying its fine keep the donations for the past 3months and give me my upgrade. please some one call me and sort this out been using Cell C for over 6years now and this is how bad service is... Disgussed...
