Cell C
Upgrade was not cancelled on system!!!

I applied for an upgrade telephonically and was not told everything about the package, i then called later and spoke to the same lady and i told her to cancel my upgrade because i was not happy with her service and i will rather go to the cellc shop at a later stage, i even emailed her to which she emailed back saying that she will call me back immediately and that was Monday the 08 July, i have since been waiting. Emailed her again this morning and still no response. The next thing i know the phone is being delivered at my workplace today, i have sent the guy back and showed him emails where i cancelled the upgrade. I'm still waiting for Zanele Ndlovu to contact me. If Cell C debits my account for this upgrade i will escalate this.

I'm very annoyed right now!
