After much pain: countless calls and emails to customer-care and resorting to HelloPeter, someone finally steps up and says: "Let me make every customer smile".
That someone is Moenier De Vries.
He clearly stands out from the rest, who all took their cue from Ragmah Stevens who didn't have a clue. Moenier took the time to look at the complaint and spend time to find the real reason for the problem and try to resolve it. Clone that man and re-skill the Rgamahs of your organisation.
Finally I'm smiling. Not because of the bundles I received, but because someone took the time to treat me as a customer.
I only hope that there is no repeat of the issue next month.
