This is a 3rd complain concerning vodacom, eish i dont know what to do now maybe i should go to ombudsman i complained concering my units forfieted and i was called by moenier de vries and he tried to solve my query and at the end he promised to give me 5 gigs to compensate and it will be activated after 4 hours that was on 01/7 or 02/7/2013 till today its not done, i called vodacom today and the call centre lady didnt even help she kept on asking question that are irrelevant to what im requesting, i was request moenier contact details and she could give it to me surely this guy works for vodacom why is so difficult to give the details so i can follow up with him.
